Pilates for Lower Back Pain
Pilates is one of the most effective movement methods to help with lower back pain.
This video is a great place to start if you are trying to alleviate pain. Our focus will be on lengthening the back muscles and strengthening the front.
Remember being precise with your movements and focusing on doing a few exercises but doing them properly is much more effective than whizzing through movements. Sometimes this can even make things worse.
