Equipment Pilates uses traditional Pilates ‘Apparatus’. The Equipment helps offer support, challenge, variety & increased functional relevance.
It can be extremely useful if you are rehabilitating your body, you have a condition, or post surgery.
The Equipment is also a way to really advance your practice and explore challenging repertoire.

Monthly Mat Membership & Mat Classes
-
You will be charged a monthly membership (£45 or £85) which activates on the day of your first class. This will equate to either up to 4 or 8 classes per month depending on membership level.
The memberships auto-renew on the same date every month.
-
If for any reason you do not attend your weekly class, don’t worry you have 7 weeks out of the year that you have not been charged for.
2 of these weeks will be counted towards Christmas closure.
4 x class p/m, you receive 45 class credits per year. 8 x class p/m you receive 90 class credits per year.
You are also welcome to transfer your class to the following week by doing an extra class e.g. 2 classes per week instead of 1 so you don’t miss out.
As long as you cancel your class, credits will roll over to the following month and have an expiry of 3 months.
-
Every year we will close for around 2 weeks at Christmas. This is already deducted from the price of your membership.
You will still be charged as normal on the same date of the month.
You are welcome to add additional classes into your practice prior to our Christmas Closure so that you don’t miss out on classes.
As with any month, any class credits not used will roll over to the following month and remain for 3 months before expiring.
-
Absolutely! In fact, we would recommend this. When booking your place, select ‘book me in for the whole series’, this way you will automatically be booked into the same class every week. You can then cancel and reschedule into a different class if you need to change.
-
You can cancel your membership at anytime. You do this by logging into your account - my memberships - click the three dots - cancel auto renewal.
-
