Our equipment classes are designed to help you feel strong, move freely, and live fully.

Equipment Pilates classes offer you a way to feel good, using the Pilates Apparatus to strengthen in a sustainable way to suit your needs.

There will be 1 to 3 other clients present which creates a supportive environment, but you work on your own programme tailored specifically for you.

Together we’ll build your strength & flexibility with a focus on enjoying the journey and celebrating the small wins.

Classes use Pilates Equipment including: Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrell & lots more.

Get Started with an Intro Package

3 x Studio Equipment Class

Studio Equipment classes operate on a rolling system, with slots available every 30 minutes.

You work on a programme that is entirely tailored to you, but others are present.

After you have purchased your pass, book a class that suits you.

We have classes available on Monday from 1pm - 6pm & Friday 12.30 - 7pm.

Cost: £90 for 3 classes

At Yellow Pilates, our studio is fully equipped and consists of:
