Suitable for all abilities including for those navigating pain or injury, the specialised Pilates equipment - Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel - provides resistance, feedback, and adaptability to suit your needs.

Michelle will guide you through an introduction to the Equipment which will see you improve strength, body awareness, and overall balance in a supportive, small-group setting.
