We believe that a strong grounding in the fundamentals of Pilates is essential for anyone starting their Pilates journey. 

If you’re new to Pilates, or returning after a long break, our Beginner Course is perfect for you.

Each course is limited to 12 people, so you will get the personal care and attention you deserve.
